Advantages

ARKE firebox is a closed fireplace type, which is installed in existing open fireplaces. Its simple and elegant look goes hand in hand with very good thermal parameters. It has a clear glass system which, along with a separate container, on the ash gathering in it helps to keep the device in order.

 

MAXIMUM ENERGY USE

More efficient combustion and longer temperature maintenance is achieved by the lining of the combustion chamber Acumotte, a heat-absorbing material that increases the temperature in the furnace.

Burning of fuel particles with a deflector that extends the exhaust path. This process also increases the efficiency of combustion and guarantees a better use of energy and thus minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The cassette is equipped with turbines located under the combustion chamber. The device has three levels of fan control. Depending on the choice of one of them:

position 0 – the turbines are switched on automatically and operate at reduced speed when the sensor reaches a temperature of 50 ° C. (The sensor is located below the ash in the front of the machine)

position 1 – turbines operate continuously at reduced speed regardless of the cassette operation,

Position 2 – Turbines operate continuously at full speed regardless of the cassette operation.

Turbines are responsible for forcing the air circulation in the device, so that the heat is delivered more efficiently to the environment.

Air regulation, so-called. The air curtain is operated by a mechanism installed over the door of the furnace. The opening of the mechanism allows the air to enter the cartridge into the upper part of it, which burns the gases produced by the combustion process, which reduces the emission of harmful CO to the atmosphere. Air directed to the steering wheel “sweeps” the glass causing it to move away from the fire and smoke, which greatly limits the deposition of soot on it, so it remains clean.

 

SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The front of the cartridge is equipped with heat resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 800 ° C. Our glass is certified for quality and safety.

Body and front of the cartridge resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high quality steel.

Excellent tightness, thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements cut by laser using modern machines and then bent on CNC bending machines.

 

CONVENIENT USE

Keeping the cartridge clean is easier with a fitted grate and a container where the ash is collected.

In addition, limited soot deposition is achieved through the use of a clean glass system. The air curtain separates the glass from the hearth. This way it does not get dirty and gives more heat to the room.

 

MODERN DESIGN

It is equipped with a single, decorative glass glass, which makes it look elegant and modern. Using this solution optically enlarges the front of the cartridge and highlights the vision of the fire.

The door is equipped with a convenient handle.
