Infrared Burners
The CROSSRAY Electric Barbecue by Dimplex has built-in angled side burners. They are infrared electric burners and located close to the grill, which enables a very high surface temperature to be achieved. Additionally, the entire cooking surface is completely and evenly covered by the CROSSRAY burners, eliminating the need for you to constantly move the food around because of hot and cold areas.
Grill plates are included with every barbecue. Less smoke and potentially hazardous flare-ups are caused by the grill plates’ special patented design, which shields the burners from direct overhead fat flow and splatter. The high hood design of the CROSSRAY electric BBQ by Dimplex provides room for roasting at temperatures as high as 300C. On the grill, searing temperatures can exceed 370C. Food cooks more evenly and maintains its moisture and juiciness since it’s similar to cooking over red hot coals.
